HF25 Album Artwork
For recording artist and DJ Hector Fonseca’s HF25, I developed a distinct visual world for each half of the double-disc release, along with a broader system of imagery and video designed to extend across social, promotional, streaming, and live performance environments.
Record One would center on a desolate planet populated by chic, futuristic robots, while Record Two would shift into a more intergalactic realm of otherworldly celestial beings and cosmic environments. While each disc required its own identity to reflect the character of the music, the larger challenge was to ensure both felt connected as part of one cohesive album universe.
The final visual system was created through a hybrid process combining traditional digital design, art direction, compositing, and AI-assisted image generation. Generative tools became one part of a broader creative workflow, used to expand the visual possibilities while maintaining a clear point of view, consistency, and authorship across the project.
The final work included album artwork, supporting campaign imagery, video content, and large-scale live performance visuals, creating a flexible visual language designed to move fluidly from the release itself into the live experience.
